Focus on Fury
Denied a clear run when unplaced on his debut at Clonmel in July, Canal Fury made no mistake at the same venue last month.
The John Duggan trained runner was soon at the head of affairs and made the rest in 29.63.
As the lone wide seed in tomorrow’s line-up, Canal Fury looks booked for a dream run and can go on improving.
Droopys Miranda ran with a deal of promise when a head second in 29.22 on her penultimate start here last month.
She too has scope for improvement but has been done no favours by a trap three draw.
Heat two can go to the promising Calling Snowdrop.
She has run with plenty of promise in two starts at Youghal, finishing third, beaten just over two and a half lengths, in 29.49 last time.
