McLaren chief Coughlan behaved ‘disgracefully’

McLAREN chief designer Mike Coughlan was yesterday accused of behaving “disgracefully” as Formula One’s ‘spy’ scandal hit the High Court.

At a preliminary hearing in London, Ferrari launched their action against Coughlan – named as a defendant along with wife Trudy – with regard to the theft of technical information.

Trudy Coughlan has become involved in the saga that has rocked the sport as she is alleged to have taken a 780-page Ferrari document to a photocopying shop for reproduction.
