ORMONDE MINING revealed disappointing updates on its tungsten projects in the Salamanca area in western Spain.

The results from the initial gravity test work show it was difficult to recover the tungsten.

The firm said yesterday it was unlikely sufficient tungsten can be economically recovered into a saleable concentrate.
