CISSIES RUBY can strengthen her claims in the Hewitt College A3 550 Stakes at Curraheen Park by taking the second of tonight’s semi-finals of the €1500 to-the-winner event.

The selection was the fastest of the heat winners, making all for a clear-cut 30.23 success.

As that was only her fifth race and her first at this venue, Cissies Ruby has scope for improvement and can make light of a poor draw.
