Yes, another letter about the Croke Park pitch. Why is that we must wait until the conclusion of the season for any remedial action to be taken on the ground?

We have one of the greatest stadiums in Europe yet one of the most problematic surfaces.

I know that GAA chiefs will say that nothing can be done during the course of the season but surely with the huge leaps in technology, something could be done on a short term basis to resolve some of the concerns for the participating teams.
