Irish team begin in Korea

Ireland’s senior women’s hockey team begin their KT Cup campaign in Korea tomorrow with one eye on the European Nations Championship in Dublin from August 14-20.

Ireland who are currently ranked 13th in the world will play their first match against Korea, ranked 7th, tomorrow at 4am Irish time.

On Friday at 5.30am (Irish time) they will face China, ranked 4th in the world and on Sunday (1.30am, Irish time) they play England, who are ranked 8th in the world.
