Swim Ireland funding back on solid ground ‘within a month’

SWIM IRELAND are confident the Irish Sports Council (ISC) will reinstate their funding within a month.

The ISC suspended the monies to the governing body of Irish swimming last October due to a failure of the latter to implement a Deloitte & Touche report into their corporate governance.

However Swim Ireland spokesperson Claire Mulholland is hopeful that a solution can be found quickly.
