RTÉ appoint new Head of Sport

RTÉ last night announced the appointment of Glen Killane to the position of Head of Sport for RTÉ Television.

With eight years of experience in television sports broadcasting working for both RTÉ and ITV, Killane is currently Executive Producer of Gaelic games programming for RTÉ Television. He takes up the role with immediate effect.
