Hockey interpros now in doubt
The Munster branch wrote to the Irish Hockey Association yesterday to tell them of their decision, and crisis meetings between the competitions committee and the other provinces are expected to decide the future of the series within the next week.
President of the Munster men's branch, Pat Dawson, said that they were unable to field a team in the interpros because they had neither a coach nor a manager and they had serious financial considerations to take into account as well.
