Villeneuve set to return

Jacques Villeneuve has confirmed he is ready to return to Formula One — if required.

Villeneuve has been an interested spectator this year following his departure from BAR at the end of last season.

That has ensured the sport’s rumour-mill has been in full swing speculating which team the 1997 world champion will be racing with next year.
