Warwickshire agree cricket friendly

AS part of the Ireland team’s preparation for the ICC Trophy next July, the Irish Cricket Union have secured a fixture against English County Champions Warwickshire CCC.

The match will be played at Edgbaston, on Sunday, April 24, 2005. Further details of the match will be discussed with Warwickshire in the New Year.

In discussions with Warwickshire the Irish Cricket Union’s Chief Executive, Peter Thompson, has confirmed that Warwickshire will put a team out containing first eleven players and players on the verge of selection.
