Bringing the game into disrepute

I WOULD like to know why no action was taken against John Mullane of Waterford for giving the Cork fans the two fingers after scoring his third goal.

I was in the Town End terrace in Thurles and saw it clearly. It was also clearly visible in the video replays on The Sunday Game also.

Though he has made an apology, he has still brought the game into disrepute.
