Ferrari boss Jean Todt has called for a Formula One “revolution” if the sport’s astronomical costs are to be cut.

Max Mosley, president the FIA, the world governing body, believes at least 50% of costs could be slashed with simple measures, but he is struggling find agreement among teams.
