Northamptonshire next for Irish cricket

Following Ireland’s victory over Surrey in the second round of the Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy, they will now play Northamptonshire.

At a meeting of the Irish Cricket Union’s Emergency Committee a unanimous decision was reached to play the fixture at Clontarf CC, Castle Avenue, Dublin.

Following a request by Northamptonshire to the England & Wales Cricket Board the match will now take place on Sunday, May 30, with the reserve day of Monday 31 May.
