Zonta sets pace

Toyota test driver Ricardo Zonta set the pace in day three of testing at Jerez yesterday.

Zonta clocked the fastest lap of the day in a time of one minute 15.708 seconds after notching-up 112 laps of the Spanish circuit in last season’s model.

The Brazilian beat McLaren’s Alex Wurz by more than half a second with Renault test driver Franck Montagny clocking the third quickest time.
