Canoeist Caffrey qualifies

Irish slalom canoeist Neil Caffrey has qualified for the Irish Olympic Slalom team for the Athens Olympics.

He secured the place for the Irish team in the summer Games when finishing 16th in the K1 class in the final qualifying tournament in Athens.

He is a member of Wild Water Kayak Club in Palmerston, Dublin.
