Ferrari boss braces himself for a backlash

JEAN TODT is prepared for a Formula One backlash after Michael Schumacher made history in the Hungarian Grand Prix - but the Ferrari boss insists there will be no let-up from his team.

Schumacher’s record 12th win of the season brought the constructors’ championship to Ferrari for the sixth consecutive year and capped a campaign of unprecedented dominance.

Only one race this year has failed to go Ferrari’s way - Jarno Trulli’s Monaco win for Renault - but Todt expects a concerted effort to dethrone his squad after the embarrassing ease with which they took a one-two in Hungary.
