Patrick Robinson put in an MVP performance with 35 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists to lift Demons to the Super League title. At the start of this season Robinson was in Bosnia, but when Sean Clancy got injured, an opportunity arose, and the American grabbed it with two hands. After a disappointing Cup Final, Robinson bounced back with his performance of the season on the biggest stage. Trailing by two with a minute to go, Robinson came up with a really tough finish going to his right, before getting the go-ahead basket with 16 seconds to go. It was an amazing performance by the left-handed guard as he delivered another league title to Demons, their first since 2016. For a team that went to National League briefly and then bounced back, this is a magical moment as they add to their crowded trophy cabinet.
