The circular from the Central Council meeting on January 18 was brief: “Guidelines on Head High Tackles were issued.”

Maybe if the GAA wasn’t so economic with such information, we might not have had weekends like the one just passed. For a start, they didn’t just apply to head-high tackles but neck restraints too.
