Riordan makes move in Munster intermediate championship

Donal Riordan bowled brilliantly at Bauravilla to advance at the expense of Donncha O’Brien in the Munster intermediate championship.

O’Brien led well after two good opening shots to Robin’s cross. They took two more to reach Coppinger’s, where O’Brien’s lead was back to just 50m.

O’Riordan played three serious bowls from the there to the rock to raise a bowl of odds. He made the railing with his next to go two bowls clear.
