ADRIAN HESKIN added to his growing reputation when powering False Economy, backed from 7-1 to 5’s, to an easy victory in the opening maiden hurdle at Tipperary last night.

Heskin swept the Michael Hourigan-trained Orpen gelding ahead between the final two flights to beat Shady Gloom by seven lengths.

Said Hourigan: “He got hurt in a Thurles bumper and wasn’t right the following day. He will probably make a summer horse and could run on the flat at Clonmel next Thursday.”
