Donal Lenihan: Ronan O'Gara has earned the right to rebuild La Rochelle

I sat down to watch La Rochelle play in their Top 14 home clash against Toulon on Sunday for a number of reasons. The first is obvious.

I’ve followed with admiration how a young boy from PBC has evolved over the last three decades into one of the most debated figures in the modern game. Despite the age gap, I view Ronan O’Gara as a friend and have taken pride in his many achievements as a player and coach over the years.
