I won’t go into any detail but I’m on a WhatsApp group with former players from multiple codes that regularly discusses what is going on in the world of sport. 

The World Cup has been dominating lately but once the stream of chat began earlier in the week around this weekend’s matches, one fella in the group wasn’t long in declaring what he expected to happen.
