Opening on December 2, Jack and the Beanstalk, the Skechers and Cork Opera House Panto, will dazzle and delight audiences over a 70-show run that will continue through the New Year period until January 21.
Audiences and fans of all ages keen to enter the spirit of adventure, mischief and fun are already booking online ensuring they can join Jack, Jill, Patsy the Cow, Rancid, Spit Snot, a magical golden harp, an enchanted golden-egg laying goose, and of course everyone’s rollicking favourite Nanny Nellie live at Cork Opera House!

The annual Cork Opera House Christmas Concert returns for two performances this 18 & 19 December, featuring some of the brightest rising stars of Irish opera singing seasonal classics accompanied by the Cork Opera House Concert Orchestra and Cork Opera House Jazz Artist-in-Residence Laoise Leahy!
A selection of the Cork Opera House Cara O’Sullivan Associate Artists will perform at the Christmas Concert, including bass-baritone Rory Dunne, soprano Kelli-Ann Masterson and tenor Dean Power. The Cork Opera House Concert Orchestra will perform with arrangements by John O’Brien, joined by the MTU Glór Choral Society, who recently won the Choir of the Year Competition at the Cork Choral Festival.
This year the programme will feature a number of popular Christmas hit songs as well as choral numbers and carols, with some ‘fairy tale’ duets from the Cara O’Sullivan Associate Artists! Patrons can expect to hear classics such as ‘A Spaceman Came Travelling’, ‘It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas’ and ‘All I want for Christmas is You’.
Coming in 2024, Cork Opera House is proud to present an exciting new variety family summer show — the all singing, all dancing, all comedy SUMMER REVELS will hit our stage for a three-week run next July!
The SUMMER REVELS will feature a collection of hilarious new comedy characters developed specially for the Cork Opera House stage, bringing our unmatched brand of producing musical theatre, comedy, dance and fun together to make one big mad brilliant and hilarious variety show.
Produced by Cork Opera House, The Summer Revels will be a family show like no other, with spectacular musical acts and rollicking performances, woven together to create a night of craic that celebrates everything that’s great about Cork. The SUMMER REVELS will be the hottest ticket in town.
