Only the windows survived the cull undertaken by the owner of No 26 Woodberry View after he bought the 20-year-old property in Midleton’s Castleredmond in 2020.

“It wasn’t in great shape. I absolutely pulled it apart. I changed the heating, the floors, the internal doors, the front door. I took out the bathrooms,” he says.
