The high level of demand for modern three-bed semis in the Cul Ard development in Carrigtwohill can be seen from the fact that selling agents Sherry FitzGerald O’Donovan booked 25 appointments for first week of viewings at 17 An Feadan.

The viewings are mostly with first time buyers which is what the current owners were when they bought the 87 sq metre house back in 2017. And now that they are trading up to something larger, they have put it on the market with a guide of €345,000. “It’s presented in turnkey condition and has a B3 BER,’’ reveals auctioneer Ed O’Donovan.

The living room at the front is modern and laminate floored and has a fireplace while the kitchen diner at the rear has tiled flooring and shaker style units. Off the hallway there’s a guest WC while upstairs there's a bathroom and three bedrooms – one en suite and one which doubles as a nursery and a home office.

Situated at the end of a cul de sac, the house has parking at front and a garden with a shed at the rear. The property next door has used some of the garden space for an extension so this could be an option for new owners.

The most recent sale in An Feadan recorded on Property Price register was of a three- bed semi at No 9 which sold for €374,000 earlier this year. No 17 shows as having sold for €227,500 back in 2017.
