Hi Majella, 

I'm interested in a property that is up for sale via online auction. It's a detached bungalow that appears to be in good condition from the outside, and based on the photos, the interior also looks well maintained. I know the area very well and have a good understanding of the local property market, but I’ve never purchased or bid on a property through an online auction before.
