WELL, what with two female social media influencers buying Cork city suburban modern mansions for millions of euro by the Maryborough House Hotel, and US buyers jetting and sailing in to splash the cash (think €10m for not one, but two local buys by the same purchaser in frothy Kinsale) 2023 seems to be topping the ledgers for high-end property sales, some with odd or coincidental twists.
