THERE aren’t too many Cork coastal towns with Blue Flag beaches on the doorstep where you’ll get a four/five bed, detached home with an asking price of €335,000...but, try Youghal.

Here at 1 Millfield Abbey, is a case in point though, and what’s more, it’s a top home, with well-above spec interiors and décor, perhaps because the vendor is in the property business, and absolutely knows his stuff.

With a move to Australia beckoning and the ability to continue to remote work to keep contact with Ireland, No 1 comes for sale with agent Niamh Smith of Absolute Property, who says it started first viewings at the weekend and is already over the asking price, showing at €337,000 on the online bids tracking process used by Absolute.
