There's nothing like a wet week, or a wet year, to get us dreaming about sunshine while sitting under a vine in Italy with an Aperol Spritz after a day of sightseeing.

But imagine if sunshine was guaranteed over the summer months, where living outdoors didn’t involve looking for reassurance from Met Eireann before planning a barbecue at the weekend.
