A garden changes day by day, of course it does, it’s a living entity and thus no two days in the garden are exactly the same.

How your garden looks in high summer can be very different to how it appears in the winter. The changes are happening all the time, bit by bit and thus we don’t see the changes as they happen because they occur in front of our eyes, so to speak.
