Sale of divine jewels and sparkling silver
THE South Court Hotel in Limerick is the venue this weekend for the National Antiques, Art and Vintage Fair. There will be no less than 80 stands at this two-day fair.
Organiser Robin O’Donnell of Hibernian Antique Fairs says all the regular dealers will be in attendance, including 10 members of the Irish Antique Dealers Association (IADA).
The dealer list is at at capacity with eight newcomers this time round, for what is the largest antique fair in Ireland in terms of volume.
This fair is second only to the annual IADA autumn Fair in Dublin.
Among this number are 10 members of the Irish Antique Dealers Association.
There is to be a discounted admission for readers of these pages who mention the Irish Examiner.
James Weldon will bring a collection of Irish silver, including Cork and Limerick pieces.
The Hunt Museum, where a blockbuster summer exhibition on Jack B Yeats and Paul Henry is in full swing, will also be in attendance.
The South Court Hotel venue is off Exit 3 on the M20.
