Give hanging baskets a boost

We have had a lot of rain this summer unfortunately and as a result many hanging baskets, window boxes, patio pots etc are not looking at their best.

Many may never have given of their best due to the lack of sunshine and excess rainfall.

I would cut back the plants in these planters now, removing any yellow or weak leaves and stems and flowers that have finished or that never opened properly.
