This week's job around the garden - preventing fungal infections

Because of our aforementioned damp climate and relatively high temperatures all year round, our gardens are at high risk of many fungal infections.

Rusts, powdery mildew, phytophtora, and of course, blight will thrive in damp and moist conditions and now is the time to take action to prevent these problems this year.

Copper sulphate is a broad spectrum, organic fungicide which has been used effectively for many years to control blight and other fungal problems.
