* The Friends of Marymount are hosting their annual Open Garden season again this year, thanks to kind supporters.

The first event is on May 10 at Eamonn and& Catherine Nott’s garden, Monastery Road, Rochestown, Cork. Time: 12.00 noon – 6.00pm. It will be signposted from Rochestown Inn. On May 18 it will be Mary O’Connell’s garden at Mansfield, Passage West, Co.Cork, from 2.00 to 6.00pm. * On Sat May 10 the Irish Garden Plant Society (Munster), will visit two Limerick gardens. Starting at 11am the group will visit Deborah Begley’s Garden, Terra Nova, (admission €5) and then at 2.30pm Kevin Begley’s garden, Coolwater, (admission €3).
