“This new-to-market development is good news for Little Island, where new homes are in very scarce supply,” the agent says, noting that residential zoning in Harbour Point means many more homes are likely to be built in the coming decades.

Little Island is on the rail line, and the nearest station is about 2km from the Clashavodig development. The area is well serviced by retail and there’s good connectivity to Cork City.
