Plans for major development in Carrigtwohill including 75 homes lodged with council

New plans will add to the more than 700 Carrigtwohill homes also given the green light by Bam 

The latest application seeks to add 75 homes to a site along Station Road, where permission has already been secured by the Dutch property giant for a total of 714 new units

A new mixed-unit development comprising 75 homes and three retail/commercial units has been lodged with Cork County Council.

Developer Bam Property Limited is seeking planning permission for a new scheme on a 1.7 hectare site on Station Road and Castlelake Link Road in Carrigtwohill.
