A new mixed-unit development comprising 75 homes and three retail/commercial units has been lodged with Cork County Council.

Developer Bam Property Limited is seeking planning permission for a new scheme on a 1.7 hectare site on Station Road and Castlelake Link Road in Carrigtwohill.
