Unsuccessful appeal sees planning commission refuse permission for 16 Passage West homes

Plans for more than 15 new homes have been refused by the planning commission following an appeal by the developer.

O’Brien and O’Flynn lodged plans with Cork County Council in August last year to build 16 new two-storey homes at Harbour Heights, Ardmore, in Passage West.
