WORK on Ireland’s tallest tower, for an 85 metre high apartment tower, on the former Sextant pub/Carey tool site, is slated to start next month, with a two-year delivery timeline to September 2027 facing contractors, PJ Hegarty – the same firm that built the adjacent Elysian tower which competed in 2008.
