A WATERFRONT site in a Munster town with over 1,000 years of history and maritime trade, and with scope for urban regeneration or marine-based energy uses, has come to market.

Up for sale is over six acres of redevelopment urban and waterside land along the River Blackwater’s estuary at Green’s Quay, located on the eastern end of the town of Youghal along the river boundary with West Waterford.
