The new ground floor self-contained retail unit, with a gross internal area of 5,708 sq ft, is let on a 20-year lease to Tesco Ireland Ltd at an initial rent of €142,700pa (€25psf), with provision for five-yearly CPI-based rent reviews and with a break option at the end of year 10 of the term, which began on September 8, 2023.
