THERE’S a lot bubbling beneath the property surface in Kenmare town with rumours that the Brennan brothers have entered an exclusive period with a buyer they are happy with vis-a-vis the Park Hotel. Both the Park and the Lansdowne, which they also own, are on the market with a combined €20.5m price guide via agents CBRE.
