Although rents within the long-established Blackrock building aren’t confirmed, they’re likely to be around half those now emerging in the city centre’s new generation of offices, at the likes of 85 South Mall and Navigation Square — and which at €30-32 psf are themselves half those currently prevalent in Dublin.
