The Munster ‘crossroads’ town is known for its rapid spread of new housing schemes, but the Woodlands is small and select, with just three houses in all.

The developer is Dublin-based, and has a given a capital finish to the three 1,600 sq ft homes, which have a further 650 sq ft of immediately-usable open attic space, says estate agent Mary Brown of Murphy Brown auctioneers in Mallow.
