Irish Examiner View: Minimal storm power cuts - Praise progress

Yesterday morning, as the country woke, hopefully ready for a new week and all too happy to break the weekend siege imposed by Storm Dennis, it would not have been surprising if we were greeted by a trail of destruction, left in the wake of the storm’s 120km/h winds.

There was some destruction, but probably less than had been anticipated.
