Wreck of Titanic - A watery grave

An agreement between the British and US governments governing the wreck of the Titanic is welcome for its promise to treat it with the sensitivity and respect it deserves.

The treaty gives both countries the power to grant or deny licences to enter sections of the sunken ship’s hull and to remove artifacts.
