Páirc a great achievement for the GAA, but hard lessons for the city must be learned
The multimillion-euro renewal of Cork’s Páirc Uí Chaoimh was a great achievement for the GAA but whether it is a great achievement for the city remains to be seen.
Already, some of those living around the stadium have been, according to local councillor Terry Shannon, exposed to “chaotic and dangerous” parking during inter-county games.
