Flood defences: Support FF bill

IF the Taoiseach has any hope of extending the current confidence and supply agreement between his minority Government and Fianna Fáil, he should begin by making it more of a two-way street and show greater support for sensible and worthwhile opposition proposals.

He could do worse than start by putting his Government’s weight fully behind a bill to support flood victims introduced by FF finance spokesman Michael McGrath.
