Sinn Féin happy to be finally debating policy, rather than politics

It's not often that a political press briefing lasts two hours.

Generally speaking, the cut and thrust of political life is just that — cut, thrust, move on to the next thing as time-poor politicians and journalists race to deal with the next story. On rare days, however, there is space for exploration, for probing, for detail. Tuesday was one of those days.
