Digitaims to be gaming kingpin

One of a growing number of Irish companies entering into the fast-growing games space, Digit is one of the first to develop a cross-platform game which can be used on computers, mobiles, and game consoles. According to CEO Richard Barnwell the aim is to disrupt the games industry globally with “cross-platform technology and awesome games”.

Since setting up early last year, the company has raised $3.75m (€2.86m) in funding, enabling it to hire a team of 25 IT staff and games developers to work on the project.
